Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our standard concierge service — venue shortlisting, site-visit coordination and negotiation support — is offered to couples at no charge. There is therefore nothing to refund for the standard concierge service.

Where you purchase an optional paid add-on — for example a full-day dedicated planner, a video site-tour package, or a custom moodboard — the following applies:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled service: 100% refund less payment-gateway charges.
• Cancellation 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
• If we cancel or reschedule for reasons attributable to us, you receive a 100% refund or a free reschedule, at your choice.

Booking advances, security deposits and final settlements are paid directly to the venue or vendor. Refund eligibility for those amounts is governed by your contract with the venue/vendor. PalaceDekho will assist with good-faith mediation but cannot guarantee a refund of amounts held by a third party.

In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government-imposed restriction, civil unrest, pandemic), we will work with the venue and vendors to reschedule your event without additional PalaceDekho charges. Third-party refund or credit-note treatment will follow each partner's force-majeure clause.

• We acknowledge within 1 business day.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment instrument.
• Gateway charges and applicable GST are non-refundable.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and recovery of associated costs.

For vendors and venue partners, payout and clawback rules are governed by the Vendor & Venue Partner Agreement.
