Terms of Service

PalaceDekho is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We curate and showcase wedding venues — including heritage palaces, banquet halls, resorts and farmhouses — and qualified wedding vendors, and connect them with couples and event planners through our concierge desk.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. By using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you are authorised to bind it.

• Our concierge service is free for couples.
• We prepare curated venue shortlists, share indicative pricing, schedule site visits and assist with negotiation.
• Final booking contracts are signed directly between you and the venue or vendor.
• Any advance payment, security deposit or full settlement is made to the venue / vendor unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Photos, descriptions, capacity figures and indicative pricing displayed on the platform are provided by partners or compiled from public sources. They are illustrative only. Binding quotations are issued in writing by the venue/vendor after a concierge consultation and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Listing on PalaceDekho is governed by our Vendor & Venue Partner Agreement. Partners are independent businesses; PalaceDekho does not own or operate the venues listed. We carry out reasonable verification but do not guarantee the accuracy of partner-supplied content.

Booking-advance, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the venue or vendor's contract with you and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where PalaceDekho collects a concierge or service fee, that fee is earned upon delivery of the agreed scope and is non-refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the platform — see our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include scraping, reverse-engineering, posting unlawful content, impersonating others, or circumventing PalaceDekho to bypass agreed commercials with partners introduced through us.

The PalaceDekho name, logo, photography, written content, search ranking models and code are owned by PalaceDekho or our licensors and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Partner photos remain the property of the respective partner and are used under licence for platform display.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, PalaceDekho disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. See our Disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalaceDekho's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the concierge or service fees actually received by PalaceDekho from you in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000 — whichever is higher. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PalaceDekho, its officers, employees and partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by writing to connect@palacedekho.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
